This is a class act experience. From the moment you arrive until you check out, the entire staff is friendly, punctual and efficient. Dr Satti takes the time to review your most recent data as it compares to past visits. She’s knows your family history and listens to all you have to say. She provides a calm atmosphere in which the client is really having a meaningful exchange about any medical issues vs just being talked at.

Absolutely awful what happened. My mother trusted Dr satti for 30+ years and Dr Satti completely turned her back on her when she needed help the most. We went to Dr Satti because my mother trusted her, even though I knew she was just giving run of the mill, big Pharma suggestions. Dr satti told me that my mother needed to be seen for possible dementia and she should be receiving care for dementia. She gave me analogies of how her family member needed to care and she was was too busy to deal with that so she put her into a facility and I should do that too. But when we went to the practice to get her to sign off on needing said care at a very nice place in Niantic so we could place my mother, she wouldn’t do it. It was a very critical situation, and the medical people I had to deal with said they’ve never seen a primary care be so non-responsive. Please, everyone take this into account, I couldn’t even believe it. I’ve never been more disappointed in a medical practice in my life. This Isn’t even half of the back-and-forth that went on. Thank goodness, my mother had dementia and didn’t know that her doctor for so long, turned her back on her. I would never recommend this practice nor the doctor.

Bio

Dr. Satti is a board-certified Internist who has been practicing in the local area since 1994.

Dr. Satti completed her undergraduate education at Brown University. Upon graduation, she did clinical research at Children’s Hospital in Boston and studied at Harvard University. She returned to full-time studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and subsequently did a residency in Internal Medicine in the Hartford area.

Dr. Satti sees female patients only.
