The National MS Society www.nmss.org provides and accurate overview of MS pathology, symptoms and treatment. The site also offers information on new research and information on local support groups. There is a free educational series of videos for those newly diagnosed with MS called “Knowledge is Power.” The group can also connect you with an MS navigator who can help you find resources that fit your needs.

Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) www.mymsaa.org provides educational material on MS and free services such as cooling products for MS patients with heat sensitivity. They can also help cover the cost of your MRI.
